Their quote came in customized to our project and was built to have no large "extra material " surprises when the project closed. They were always communicative and friendly about the project. When they encountered a situation that was abnormal, they walked me through the issue and offered resolutions that would've cost them money. They seem to be stand-up craftsmen who want to do a good job at all costs and don't treat their customers like just another number. If you are going to invite anyone to do work on their home especially on your roof, they are the type to get.

These scammers ripped me off, paid $350 cash for nothing. the 2 guys who came out had a hard time climbing a ladder and walking on my roof which is not that steep as the guys from state farm were able to easily walk on my roof. once on the roof, they claim that they found nothing wrong but wanted $350 for just coming out. What a scam. I Had to call Home Depot to send out one of their contractors to repair my roof, they put flashing boot and sealer around one of their boots (pipes) coming out of of the roof. It's a simple fix that these guys missed. Stay away from these guys, save your money and go w/ someone else. I would recommend talking w/ your local Home Depot or Lowe's to recommend someone. These guys are overpriced and a disappointment.

However, due to a change in my work schedule, I had to call to reschedule the appointment several hours prior to the scheduled time, ended leaving another voicemail. I then received a call back before the scheduled appointment time, and the service rep did not receive my voicemail and then became annoyed that I was unable to make the appointment. The ironic fact was that because he arrived early, I would have never been at home. Service rep said he would reschedule after returning to the office. Short story - over 1 week goes by with no return call. So I call the office again (voicemail) and the service rep. Service rep told me that I need to call the office to reschedule, which I responded I did. Still never heard a new date after several more days, so I cut them loose. Cannot recommend a contractor that is not responsive, and charges $150 for a walkthrough (other companies charge nothing). Buyer beware!

My wife and I recently had our shed installed and we weren't happy with the quality of service that…read morewe received. When we were initially shopping around for sheds, we talked about paying to get the foundation put in and had told them that our shed was going to be on a hill. All that was said was that there would be a fee and that it wouldn't be any trouble. Then when the shed had finally shipped in and the crew came to see the backyard all of a sudden we could either pay to bring in an excavator to dig out an area for the shed to sit or bring another load of stones in (both of which were a couple hundred dollars). This would have been nice to know about ahead of time. We also experience about 4 reschedules. 3 were due to the ground being "wet" and the last time because the company that wood naturally contacts to find where the cable and pipes are never came out and this was discovered about a month after the first delivery appt would have been. When I talked with customer service they said that the crew had only just noticed the last time they came out and they had to try to get in touch with the company again and get a report. I asked to be called back the next day to confirm if the company had sent the report but didn't hear anything back until the next week when I called them again. Because the shed couldn't be put in without that paperwork being done it negates the previous excuses of the ground being wet since they wouldn't have been able to deliver even if the ground was completely dry. Finally, when the shed was delivered there was a hole in the siding that they said would be repaired in about a week but it took at least a month for them to call to send someone to fix it. All in all I would not recommend using this company. For a purchase that costs a couple grand I expect a higher level of service and quality.
