The prep team came at least 3 times to ensure things would go well as I had a difficult property to navigate including bamboo, steps, slate and a tight space to get the shed into. The owner Scott even came to the site to verify everything and ensure the right amount of wood and rocks were delivered. My yard slopes down, and Matt said he felt they should add a second row of wood to ensure no water running into the shed which also included all the extra rocks to fill the space. This was done without complaint or extra charge. They delivered the day they promised. Matt and Chris were AWESOME throughout the entire process and assisted the mule driver get my shed down the hill to where it would be installed. The shed itself is amazing! It is insulated to keep it cool in the summer and warm in the winter and the attention to detail in the craftsmanship from the Amish builders is second to none. I HIGHLY recommend this business. My experience was somewhat similar to another reviewer. Special ordered an 8x10 barn top shed in…read moreJuly 2022. Received the shed September of 2022. Shed was built excellently and specs were correct. The gentleman that delivered the shed was extremely professional and hardworking, However, the shed was damaged in transit, a roof shingle blew off, it was also damaged while being moved into the yard. There is a large deep scratch across both front doors. The gentleman that delivered the shed documented the damage with photos. It was also written on the delivery receipt. I called Paul, one of the owners, that day and spoke with him about it and was assured it would be taken care of. That never happened. None of this was ever addressed, in fact it was ignored and I have a shed that I paid full price for that has a missing roof shingle and deeply scratched doors. Outside of that, I must say...The shed is built very well and if you don't have any issues you will be happy. My experience though is if there's issues or damage... do not expect any after sale support. It's a shame because if I'm in the market for a shed again this will definitely factor into my purchasing decision. I'm still irritated every time I put my key in the door and see that deep scratch across the bottom of both doors and the missing roof shingle.
