These guys were really, really good to me, and really went out of their way to accommodate me. They were super easy to deal with, fun, and genuinely good people. I am a female so it's not every day that a female buys a boat.... But not once did I feel taken advantage of, oversold, or disregarded. These guys sell high end, incredible boats that are probably close to, if not more- than half a million dollars on their lot; yet, even though I was buying a boat less than even $20,000 dollars, they treated me as if I were buying a yacht. I shopped for months and months prior to finding Black Label Marine Group, and from the moment I contacted them, until I actually made it into the store to start the purchase of my boat+ they were nothing but responsive, and super accommodating. I worked with Brian "The coolest Irish guy on the planet"- ask for him, and buy your next boat from these guys - people like this are hard to find, you won't go wrong! I'm a nurse....So: "Calling and doctors and nurses: go buy a boat, and get your out-of-hospital stress relief zen-game, on the water, like me!" Best thing I've ever done!!! Love these guys!!!!

He destroyed my boat, 3 different types of gel coats, apparently my 3 brand new batteries I gave him one of them was bad. Trolling motor was bad. The 4 brand new deck lights were broken $45 each. He broke the Center console access door and decided to partially paint a white one to replace the broken piece. Gel coat over my $700 JBL marine stereo and $1400 SIMROD. See the pictures for details. Took the boat to the dealer for re power and I had to pay additional $800 for the mess he created to be cleaned up. Put some cheap Amazon sea deck which I had to pay $500 to remove. Kept making up stories and prolonged the service. This guy is completely outside of his LEAGUE, very unprofessional. Does not know his audience. Communication was an absolute nightmare. Cursing and unprofessional language. If I could rated this lower I would, missed the last summer boat season to his incompetency and false advertisement. I have to pay additional $7000 to redo everything that should have been done to start with.
