Chancy was great about including me along the way about any multiple choice decisions that could be made, as a homeowner I greatly appreciate that inclusion in the process while not having to watch over them. The whole team seemed to be enjoying each other and having fun, what sounded like me typical banter of co-workers and friends, while remaining respectful to my home. When they finally responded, they refused to assist and wouldn't even sell us matching siding. Our parents were sold premium products despite being on a fixed income and likely only staying in their home for a few more years. We are doing an addition to allow them the ability to stay in their home due to safety issues. We believe they took advantage of our parents and showed a complete lack of regard for customer loyalty and basic decency.
