I have lived in Orange for over 30 years and met Karen years ago when our children attended the same elementary school. When I needed some real estate expertise, I remembered the Hamiltons. I needed an appraisal for my home and contacted Karen via Stellar Quest website. Even though I told her that I was not going to sell, she responded immediately. When she had to go out of town Matt filled in and delivered the appraisal quickly. When I was ready to purchase a new home, I reached out to Karen again. I saw a place at an open house on Sunday, left a message that afternoon and she contacted me that same day. I had not intended to buy quite so soon so I had not gotten pre-approval. She recommended a lender who was able to get me a pre-approval letter in a day. Karen also got me comps for the complex and MLS listing before we met so I had data and I could make an informed offer.
