They didn't seem to want any work. I requested quote on their website but didn't get any response. That's fine, I thought they might have missed the request. So I called the next business morning. Jenny picked up and answered a couple of my questions. She sounded tired, but I gave that a pass too. We needed to get in escrow asap so I just went with it. It was a "please take my money" type of situation I had for them. I sent the requested docs via email, and texted her too. No confirmation, no response. Nothing for half a day. This is unacceptable for an escrow company. Confirmation is minimum. I'm just laying out the facts, you make the judgement. read more
