I found this place to be unique with their degree programs. The admissions counselors were really amazing with their job, and they were also sympathetic with me when I told them about something traumatic that I went through when I was 18. I can't wait to get their Master's degrees in Cyber-crime and Digital Investigations, along with a Law Enforcement Intelligence and Analyst. Basically a dual degree.

If I say the teachers are IRRESPONSIBLE that would be a gross understatement. Our teacher missed…read moremany classes and even when she was in the class she did not know what she was talking about. Apparently, it was the first time she was exposed to the material! One day, she asked us "what is the topic for today?" And at the end of the semester she forgot to submit our grades and my grade turned to zero. We had a lot of back and forth to fix her error. Sadly, she received the best teacher's award the very same year that she was "teaching" our class. Just imagine how bad the other teachers are.

Came here to give a presentation…read more OMG! I think LCC is the smallest college I've ever been to. I think this college only has like 5 buildings, if not more. It's all in a block! Despite the small size, there is adequate space. The room I presented was surprisingly big! People there are friendly and helpful! I have to give shout-out to the Interpreter Program at LCC. It's rumored to be one of the top 3 interpreter training program in the entire nation. After being with their alumnae and students, I believe it. LCC is another college that has banned smoking on campus.

I took a few Spanish classes here for fun, and a few online courses to satisfy degree requirements…read morefor a graduate education program. Anyway, I was really impressed with the Spanish courses I took. Both were really helpful, and native Spanish speakers. Also, the small class sizes aided instruction. The online classes were a NIGHTMARE. Poorly designed, and not always led by the best instructors. I was actually dropped from one course (without warning) because I didn't turn in enough assignments early on in the course (I wasn't too worried about my grade in this course). Anyway, I only got a partial refund back, and felt cheated. Anyway, the prices seem reasonable. I took my two in-person courses on the new LCC East campus. The downtown campus seems to have pretty good facilities too.

Every time we are in town for a game, my wife has to stop here. She's and alumnus and this place…read moremeans a lot to her. It's got a lot going on, Credit Union, Spartan Swag Store, Ice Cream Shop, Convenience Store, Bowling Alley, Food Court, Study Lounge, and a Bronze Sparty. Sometimes it gets a little busy on game day, but it really feels like you are deep in the heart of MSU when you visit.

South campus has many academic buildings and large dorms for housing students.
