When I asked (pursuant to instructions from Medicare) if the doctors accepted Medicare assignment, she was very rude, saying that she never heard of such a thing and I should ask my insurance (Medicare IS my insurance!). She is not a good introduction to this office, but she was very good at chewing gum.

I brought all my medical records from my previous physicians as well as neurologist to review. In addition to needing a new primary, I also had a simple one page form for my long-term disability company to fill out. It was just list my diagnosis and or prognosis. However, Dr. Mohsen Kheradpezhouh refused to even see me! I've never heard of this in my life. My friend is a retired Doctor and he thinks that it's absurd but also unethical to hear about a physician to behave in such a manner. He states that this one of the reasons why he retired because of insurance companies and other physicians like this! So in other words, if you are currently disabled or elderly, do not go to this practice, you'll not receive any medical care, so why would you want a doctor in the first place. There have been a few rare occasions where I needed an immediate answer after-hours, and Dr. Arcand had given me her personal cell phone number to call, which was very rare in my experiences. The only reason that I can imagine that the person who left such a negative review is that perhaps the receptionist may have been out of sorts, not a good fit for the office.
