They broke the stalks off of multiple potted plants, they trampled my wildflower garden, and they crushed my other flowers. I have spent so much time and effort building my gardens and they've been destroyed. The workers also broke one of my flower pots (and tried to hide it), shattered one of my garden statues, and left dirt all in the pool. They also left trash and roof debris everywhere. I've been finding wrappers, shingles, and nails all over. Not only is that nasty, but I have dogs that run around in the backyard, I can't have nails out there. While I'm happy they are compensating me for what was trashed, I still can't just go get those flowers back. I had grown them from seed and they were just starting to bloom. Very, very disappointed with how careless and unprofessional the workers are.

No show, no call, no response to my messages and inquiries. I'm not sure what happened, but I would have never paid $250 for a one-time clean for my small place. I feel that it was some kind of scam, bait & switch...something is just not right about what happened. I did send an email about my concerns, to which the reply was, "contact the manager." I originally called for a diagnostic, but they went ahead and did additional work without my permission or even informing me -- and now I'm stuck with an expensive bill I never agreed to. When I asked questions to understand what was happening, the technician kept brushing me off, saying "we just have to go," and wouldn't explain anything until I insisted, as a paying customer, that I deserve to know what's wrong with my unit before they leave. Even then, the explanation was vague and the attitude remained rude. When I brought up my concerns to the owner of the company, he was also very dismissive and showed no interest in resolving the issue. Instead of listening, he threatened to take us to court if we didn't pay the bill. And now, simply for asking questions and advocating for myself, I've been placed on a "do not service" list. This was an extremely unprofessional and upsetting experience from beginning to end. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
