I have a large, complex roof with multiple angles and a steep pitch, and their crew handled it without hesitation. An eight-person team showed up early, worked efficiently all day, and stayed focused and professional the entire time. They clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The quality of the workmanship was excellent, the job moved quickly, and everything was cleaned up thoroughly afterward. It's rare to see a crew that works this hard, communicates this well, and delivers results at this level. They broke the stalks off of multiple potted plants, they trampled my wildflower garden, and they crushed my other flowers. I have spent so much time and effort building my gardens and they've been destroyed. The workers also broke one of my flower pots (and tried to hide it), shattered one of my garden statues, and left dirt all in the pool. They also left trash and roof debris everywhere. I've been finding wrappers, shingles, and nails all over. Not only is that nasty, but I have dogs that run around in the backyard, I can't have nails out there. While I'm happy they are compensating me for what was trashed, I still can't just go get those flowers back. I had grown them from seed and they were just starting to bloom. Very, very disappointed with how careless and unprofessional the workers are.

Also, warranty only for '30 days' and when question if it doesn't rain in 30 days, no commitment. Lesson learn, only get a quote if someone actually climbs up and take a look and not a 'Drone' dummy. This is a process/ management issue. No issue with contractor.

Scheduled an estimate and Michelle came out. She asked what I needed and I showed her what I needed done. She told me how she was the best in the area and how the other companies just showed up and flooded the industry in the area. She said her lead guy would come back that Friday and do the estimate. Nobody showed up and I haven't heard back from them. Company seems to be a mess, probably best they didn't want the work.

Mr. Bland only bragged about how he has help "black urban" kids to get on the Georgia football team and by me being a black American man, I guess he thought that I would be impressed (I was not) however, my focus was the services and bad reviews that came about Bland Roofing and what he can assure me as a client that I would not have any issues like his previous clients did (leakage, etc). His office person/ secretary sent me a typed up piece of paper without any letter head calling it a "contract" with very little details on it for $16,000 cash, after reading the horrible reviews from other customers I sent back a real and revised contract (drawn up by a real Roofing company) with same products that he uses in depth details and warranty information to his office and he sent me a email back to say that "we declined because you pick a shingle that is very expensive" (which is the same sample that Mr. Bland left a my home for me to choose from) a Landmark Pro Designer Shingles. I sent a pictureofthe LandmarkProShingleto the office for them to review what Mr. Bland left and got no response. Bland is a hustler (lair and cheat to get what he wants and leave a trail of broken promises behind) I'm I went the extra mile and did my research and reviewed his "contract". BUYER BEWARE!!!

They left my property cleaner than when they started the repair. All of the employees where friendly. I am sad I won't need to use his services again. Mr. Bennett felt like someone I would trust to fix my life. I know that sounds like I know this company personally. Sometimes I feel like its somebody's momma writing reviews to make the company seem great but I have never physically met Mr. Bennett. I only saw the employees who was there when I arrived late on the day of construction. My favorite thing about amtech roofing is how this company saved me from a money pit. We originally put an offer on another house. We asked Amtech for a quote on a roof. Mr Bennett could have just slapped a toupee on monkey, but he told me about all the problems he could see and about how much it was going to cost to fix it.
