Where in the world is the world class customer service? I was trying to bring them more business by opening a new account yet this gentleman couldn't make the time to get me setup with only being 3 minutes late. The fee schedule is difficult to find on their website and it doesn't even mention monthly maintenance fees with waivers for minimum daily balance. That information was sent after the agreement was signed. Also, despite bankers and advisors saying they would provide resources and help my business out, they have never followed through. Texas Security Bank is not suited for startups and small businesses and now looking for another bank to do business with.
