This was in July for a group going on a trip to the Bahamas - it's not like we had sweaters. - on the return trip - the bus was showing signs of age, and rode very hard. The driver was very 'jerky' with the shifting, and proceeded to get lost in the local town for the drop off home. The second time was for a large group trip to a Phillies Game. This company was used by the organizers. - On the way to the game, the driver almost went the wrong way, and the passengers had to tell her the correct way to go. - there were 3 busses. We were supposed to stay together because of the parking passes. Apparently 2 busses did not get the memo and decided to stop at a rest area (there are bathrooms on the bus). Our bus had to stop on the side of the highway for 15 minutes and wait for them to catch up - the bus was very uncomfortable - like the shocks have seen better days - on the return, the driver had no idea where she was going, and apparently has never heard of GPS. After wandering for a half hour in the wrong direction, passengers were using their cell phones and giving her the directions to use. I cannot recommend this company - especially not their drivers.

Unfortunately, most restaurants, since the pandemic, are closed on Mondays. The front desk identified the local open restaurants for me. Looking forward to my next stay at this location.

Good strong coffee, teas, bagels, english muffins, eggs, waffles, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, jams, etc. Outdoor patio seating available as well as indoor. Parking is next door, on the 3rd floor and above for Marriott guests. Mentally and emotionally I have to brace for this horrific trip every time I need to come home to Pennsylvania from NYC. There are no trains near my hometown and no other buses--ONLY this one. It takes about 3 and a half hours to drive straight to my hometown but nearly 7 every time I take this bus, when it should be five. Here's what you can guarantee you'll experience on this bus: -Driver suddenly pulls over somewhere completely random during the trip, says nothing and has us wait about a half hour at LEAST before another driver comes. No explanation. -at the bus transfer in Lehighton, we wait another 30 minutes for the transfer bus to arrive. -At least one person forgets what their stop was and makes the driver turn around, we sit at a stop waiting for one person to arrive to the bus, and we park at Hazelton for at least 15 minutes for no reason even though the schedule says it leaves immediately. This doesn't include the handful of bus breakdowns I've experienced, uncomfortable seats, lack of outlets and often, lack of air conditioning or heat. Oh, and it's $140 round trip. To take a bus. Back to Pennsylvania. I have endured this trip for years because I've had to. The MINUTE I am making enough money to justify getting a rental car, I will take that option every time and never look back. An entire day is shot just trying to get not even four hours away. By the end of every trip, I'm practically crawling off the bus isn't he worst mood I've ever been in. Nothing can save you on this trip except maybe a double dose of CBD.

The hotel was nice for a budget-friendly stay: nice room (full kitchen), really friendly staff, and a classic hotel breakfast bar (I grabbed a bagel, banana, and yogurt for the car on the way out in the morning). I only have two small complaints. One is that the parking is a bit off-site. The garage is just across the street, but we had a lot of stuff because we were heading to a house where we'd be cooking. It just made checking in and out for a one night stay a teensy bit more complicated. Our room had a slight stale (maybe cigarette) smell which we could live with for the few hours we were there, but I was a little nervous because we had signed a document saying we wouldn't smoke in the room, so we made sure the staff knew the smell was from before us. Overall, it was a pretty nice hotel for a one night stay. I wouldn't mind staying again - but hopefully with less stuff next time!
