Gregg knew exactly what it was from the get-go, took the thing apart and made the repairs. We also had two old, leaky toilets rebuilt. I would never recommend this horrible, dishonest, money hungry, con artist company. Saturday…read moremorning, one of our water pipes busted. My husband was at work and called several plumbers listed on google with 5 stars. ASAP Service Plumbing was the first company to call back. https://asapserviceplumbing.com/ Being that it was a Saturday and one of our rooms was in 3 inches of water already, we were happy to hear that a plumber was available and would be at our house within the hour. The "plumber" showed up with no understanding of English, so everything was translated via phone by a woman named Michelle. She had said that the pipe that busted (which was fixed one time before from busting) was the wrong pipe and that the "plumber" was going to leave to get the correct pipe and come back. He came back, took 2 hours to fix it and covered up the wall without having the worked that was done explained or shown to us. A couple hours later, the room started to flood again. We contacted the company back via message and text explaining that the job wasn't fixed and the room was flooding again. No response back.... We called another company, Delta plumbing. They came out within 20 minutes of calling. A young man named Richard came. We explained to him what happened. He checked everything thoroughly including the air conditioning unit that was on the same wall as the leak. He then opened up the wall that the other "plumber" had sealed and said, "Well, there is your problem!" He immediately got on the phone with his boss and told him what he had found. This so called "plumber" from ASAP Service Plumbing tried to glue C-PVC connection to Polyethylene and Pex and then used zip ties to hold it together! Richard explained to us what was done and what really needed to be done to fix it. He took apart the unprofessional horribly rigged monstrosity of a job and corrected it with a new line along with inserting a plumbers fitting clamped to it. It took Richard less than 10 minutes to fix it and a third of the cost! And it was really fixed! I have attached pictures to this post. The first one is the picture that comes from the rip off company ASAP Service Plumbing. You can see and laugh at the job done by there so called "plumber". The second picture is of the correct way of fixing the leak done by Delta Plumbing. I will be posting a review anywhere I can to get the word out on this horrible company! Oh, and my husband called and finally talked to Michelle on Monday December 11, after all of this, showed her the pictures and videos of everything that her "plumber" did and the corrected version of it to get our money back (which they overcharged us tremendously). And she and her "boss" had the nerve to try to up sell us on them re-piping our home instead of getting our money back. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? YOU REALLY THINK WE ARE GOING TO USE YOUR COMPANY TO RE-PIPE OUR HOME WITH WHAT YOUR PLUMBER DID TO FIX ONE PIPE? That's unbelievable! How many people have they done this to?
