For what this location can control, they were perfectly fine. Parking your car on return is very slightly confusing up until you actually do it and then it makes complete sense - that's just the nature of needing to park in the underground lot at the train station and can't be helped.

After reading all the negative reviews I still decided to rent as I am a PC member and in the USA it's a seamless process. To cover myself I recorded over a 3 min video of the outside of the car to make sure I don't become a victim of their fraudulent business practices. Upon return the hertz employee automatically went to the passenger side rear door which we never used on our whole trip and pointed out a scratch. I told him we never ever used that door but he took pictures as did I and to my surprise I just got billed over $900 for the repair. I am going to fight this charge and already reported this to my credit card company. All the reviews are completely true, They are running a scam and have obviously adapted a fraudulent way of doing business. Do Not rent from this location, you are better off using the train system.
