It can be kind of nerve racking having cameras following you around all day if you're not used to that, which most people aren't. But we could hardly tell they were there honestly! He worked very well with my photographer (they are the loud ones you know are there lol) and they got some amazing shots. His prices are better than pretty much every other videographer we talked to, so if you like his style after watching examples of his work - definitely hire him! He will send extra examples to you if you contact him too. I know I spent a long time watching other couples videos to see what style I liked, and he provided lots of examples to help me decide! Also, when your videos are finished he sends them to you so you can provide edits if you want. He was SO accomodating and let me edit my video a lot. I'm sure some people don't want any part in this, but I was kind of picky about it and wanted certain things added or changed. Nothing he could have known - a lot of it was inside jokes my husband and friends made throughout the day. He was so patient with me and added/changed everything I wanted to make sure the final video was perfect before we concluded our business. I love the videos so much and am so excited to show them to all our friends and family!

Matt Martin -- the owner and primary videographer -- has high standards from beginning to end. Creative! He took time to interview us to get to know us at first. Enables him to tell our story better. ... LOVED his idea of conducting a filmed "interview" of each of us -- separately -- at a favorite location. He drove all the way out to Sanger where my hubby and I had a very significant date. Appreciate his efforts to provide the best quality product possible. His use of all kinds of high-tech gadgets to provide soft lighting (so my wrinkles wouldn't stand out!) as well as to provide that cinematic feel ... left my hubby and I thrilled with the end product. (Oh! The end product: DVDs IN COVERS (like you get in the store) with a great pic of hubby and me on the front cover, and a fab pic of me and my bouquet on the back.) Matt is flexible and really wants to provide great service: Hubby had all kinds of different requests, and Matt didn't have a problem with them. VERY easy-going and easy to work with!! Was amazed at how WELL he told our story thru film. With sooo much raw film to go through, Matt ASTUTELY chose THE BEST clips/scenes to tell our story in visual form. Hubby and I were impressed that the scenes faded from one to the next. Great editing! No harsh segues from one scene to the next. Also, Matt put certain scenes in SLOW-MOTION, which added a poignant touch. VERY ARTISTIC. I really have no clue about film/video or terminology; all I know is that my high-tech-savvy hubby and I LOVE all of our videos -- from the "Love Story" video to the wedding ceremony (in documentary format, which we requested) to the reception highlights to the overall wedding day highlights. TREASURES to keep forever. My girlfriend in Texas CRIED when she viewed our videos online and said how GLAD she was that she was able to "attend" our wedding via those videos! Matt keeps everything simple -- especially with online payment availability. He's a pleasure to work with. He's fun, NOT obtrusive or intrusive, laid-back, as well as punctual, reliable, professional. We couldn't afford both a still-photog and a videographer, so we chose Matt. BEST INVESTMENT we made as a new couple! I recall VERY LITTLE of the BEST day of my life. I paid for my first shout in full and received my items but only after I had to continue to ask for them. I paid for a boudoir women's retreat planned by Shalon in full in March of 2022 and it was cancelled when I asked for my money back I was told "I am broke but we are going to plan another one so you will be paid for" another retreat was planned in July 22, Oct 22 and then June 2023, all were cancelled and still did not receive my refund. It was not until I made threats I received my money. Shalon tries to befriend you and take you under her wing because she knows a lot of women out there have self esteem issues or lack self confidence. She takes advantage of you in all aspects of who what and where you are in the know. She will even use your name or advice in buying things but then never pays in full what she owes. She uses people and is a horrible person. I was placed as an ambassador for her studio and she expected me to be available for her 24/7 and the minute I was not available to do a model call or a shoot or what she wanted she began to belittle me talking about me badly and my shoots to other members and photographers. Degrading me as a person and even sharing raw photos and pointing out my flaws to others and when I asked for items I was owed, she ignored me and started lashing out like she does to anyone who gets on her bad side. I was to receive 5% of any referrals once they paid in full, between the 3 people I referred and the package they purchased, they paid a total 18,000$ and I have yet to receive any percentage of that. Shalon allows her boyfriend Octavian to be in the studio while shooting and even allows him to take photographs of clients and it is extremely uncomfortable, but when you express it to Shalon she becomes offensive and backlashes that it is her stupid and she can have who she wants there. She is not professional at all. She speaks to people in a very unprofessional manner and tone and while doing group shoots or settings, she belittles those around and is very rude. Shalon had an original studio with her Ex Christina and she ended up closing it while owing money and photos to clients then she opened it again and then when things got heated she moved again and then had a falling out with one of her close partners in the studio and she yet again has taken peoples money, not followed through with appointments or has lied and made others feel less than because they don't follow through with her plans or wants. She claims to be the top boudoir photographer in Fresno but she is not, in fact she should be on the very bottom, not just for her work (that she doesn't do because she sends it out to be corrected and edited) but for her lies and deceit. Save yourself the money, heartache and stress DO NOT go with Shalon for your Boudoir photos go somewhere else where you will actually be appreciated and given what you pay for.
