We trusted that Tish Taylor would do a professional, independent evaluation and inform the teachers. However, she wrote the evaluation reports solely based on the information she received from Blue Valley. She neither reviewed our children's records nor went to school to observe them. She even was not allowed to communicate with our children's teachers directly. She only talked to Blue Valley's board attorney on the phone to get information about one of our children, and she only talked to the school principal to get information about the other child. She basically wrote the evaluation reports that Blue Valley wanted her to write. Later on, we asked her to share the raw data she used in our children's evaluation. She refused, and she instead hired a lawyer, who collaborated with Blue Valley to intimidate us and to deter us from trying to obtain the raw data. Similar to the "embedded journalists" who were used by the government to justify the Weapons of Mass Destruction hoax, Tish Taylor is an "embedded psychologist" who is used by Blue Valley to justify its wrongs.

Amanda Issac whom I have worked with years prior and brought my son here. Received my request through Tricare in October of 2023 which I confirmed over the phone with Janah pagatpatan, after communicating with Amanda. Amanda tried to tell me she never received a referral which is why she didn't place my son when he had a spot open. After waiting almost a year. Amanda told me I had missed my placed spot. I had 7 attempts to contact her and she accidentally sent me an email in which we started to communicate. She then continued to tell me all the spots were now filled. She made excuses of not having the hours we need from the information on the previous year files. Then tried to blame me for him missing his spot. Amanda made a mistake and then proceeded to blame me as a customer even after being caught in countless lies and confronted with the truth. Regardless she waisted a year of my time and waiting for ABA services and my son receiving care. Do not waist your time on their waist list because you jeopardize being on a waist list that will actually get you seen. From what I experienced it doesn't sound as if the business is even doing well as she and this location was unable to tell me any information for so long. I was told Amanda was out for vacation and to leave voicemails. Which I did many times with no call backs. They could have at least told me he didn't have a spot or they couldn't fill it. Instead of telling me they can fill and have me waiting and then refusing communication for so long. My goodness. There business moto should be "If we should, we won't"!

Not a great place if you're in need of real and intensive help after rehabbing... I went for one…read morenight after a residential 35 day program to the IOP program. I lasted one night. The men in the program were constantly cracking inappropriate jokes (the ages of 40-60) and the therapist had little- actually zero control over the conversation. At one point she said to the two eldest men "I'm going to separate you two" as if it was a school day, and I was dumbfounded that she had not already done that. Aside from that, we were reading off a 6-7 page "Therapy TLC" list about incredibly basic and base level psychology/therapy (the base line of cognitive core beliefs).. it took the therapist the entire 3 full hours to make it through 3 pages... we did not even finish the packet. The others in the group seemed mostly on their phones and like they were there because they were required to. Honestly felt like a babysitter was watching us for three hours. I decided after one night that I need a higher level of mental health support and someone who is capable of controlling the environment. I would not recommend this if you're serious about your recovery and especially if you're a woman.
