I've always known the way you look will accentuate the way you feel, and I felt more gorgeous and irresistible than Miss Marilyn Monroe on my wedding day! Angie runs a first-class makeup studio, in Tustin. Her studio is absolutely incredible! She has all the bells and whistles you'd find at a high end makeup studio. Our first meeting (my bridal trial) was preformed here and the outcome was phenomenal! I warned Angie previous to my bridal trial that I am so fair, that even some of the most elite makeup companies cannot match my skin tone. And to top that off, I have very sensitive skin. She assured me that I'd look gorgeous, and boy was she right! I took a bridesmaid to the trail as an extra set of eyes and the both of us were completely blown away at the flawless match and coverage. Angie did such an unbelievable job with my makeup and hair that my bridesmaid booked that night as well. The results I received from her services were beyond all expectations and were worth more than the money I spent! You know those moments, where words aren't enough, but you have a profound understanding with just a look or a touch? I received lots of those double hand squeezes from the ladies and plenty of winks from the men and that special grin a loved one gives you when you've done right. Both my mother and now mother-in-law shed their fair share of tears, my bridesmaids we're in deep aw, and my now husband first word was: "WOW!" followed by that endless longing love stare. That day I didn't hear 'you look pretty', that day I heard 'you look fabulous, glamorous, beautiful, stunning, and breathtaking!' My bridal makeup and hair were finished by 8am, and I looked picture perfect well in to the wee hours of the next morning. I was absolutely floored that I could be photographed from 8am until well after 1am and still look like a million bucks! Also, her cosmetics did not irritate my sensitive skin, and they photographed perfectly! Angie is a perfectionist, and it shows in her work. She literally treats you like her masterpiece. Never fear, she will make sure you are perfect down to the last eyebrow hair! She truly has impeccable talent and the right tools to get the job done flawlessly! Yuri made us all look beautiful and she was very flexible for accommodating us considering schedule and venue restraints. My mother wasn't able to fit in a trial (she was flying in just a couple days before the wedding and we were fully booked with other wedding requirements) and my MIL wasn't interested in a trial. My schedule was a bit harder to work with as well. On the day of the wedding, the venue limited the amount of time we had to get ready, so the three appointments needed to be done back to back in a fairly tight timeframe. All of this to say, we were probably weren't the easiest of clients to work with, but Yuri was professional and patient. She accommodated our needs and did a great job, too. She was always really friendly and explained everything I needed to know really clearly. Most of our wedding vendors replied to messages within 24 hours, and her timeline was more like 2-4 days (not a long time, but when trying to coordinate multiple appointments with multiple vendors in tight timeframes, this could feel like a long time), and that's the only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, we were all really pleased with Yuri and our finished makeup looks!
