I was apprehensive as I had only heard painful stories about root canals. Dr Kyu was very knowledgeable and put my fears at ease. Also, knowing that I had to get this done, I put my fears aside. The day of the procedure, Dr Kyu made sure to ask if I had any other questions. During the procedure I was always expecting to feel some pain but it never came. Other than a few pricks from a needle to numb the area I didn't feel any pain at all. And even those weren't that bad! Also, throughout the procedure he made sure to check if I was doing well. I had the same experience with the follow up cleaning and finishing of the root canal. Overall, a very painless experience. They also accept Delta Dental along with many other insurance providers. I wanted to thank Dr Kyu and his staff again and I do highly recommend his services and expertise!

I cried in the chair and the doctor continued to work on me, it wasn't until it was evident to all that I was hysterical under the drills they then said "oh it's just a hot tooth" after working on it for 10+ minutes with me crying. Needless to say the root canal was divided in two appointments and completed. Fast forward to 2026, a root canal is needed on the same tooth with multiple doctors asking me "did you go to a specialist the first time?". After the procedure, they informed me that I had a canal that was completely missed in my 2021 root canal and only 3/4 of the canals were properly done. I would recommend finding a different location unless you want a painful, expensive, half done procedure. It's 2026, the doctor is still the same so I'm sure there will be others in the future who will have similar complaints.

The dentists that I had were very competent and caring. The office staff minus the manager are very polite. The waiting room is nice, comfortable and clean. They even have water for guests. The rooms in the practice are nice and clean. The hygienists are good. My complaint is with their system and serious attitude if something goes wrong, you are automatically blamed for the system incompetence, and the manager is nothing short of nasty. She even told me to deal with their system or pick up my records. Well for some reason even though I replyed the system didnt tell them I did as it was a brand-new system. Then they gave my appointment away to someone else even though I waited 6 months for it and "did not miss" it but when I showed for my appointment it had been given to someone else. The problem arose due to their new system not registering my yes confirmation for some strange reason, probably because there are very few cell towers in the area. I was hoping to make this my lifelong dentist practice but after dealing with the manager I cannot go back. She won't let you talk to the dentists about her either. She will block you from talking to them and then be rude to you time and time again even 6 months later when I needed to get records I was given them, but she still had no regrets about her rude behavior when we tried to rehash what happened again. It's that bad. That being said, the dentists have addressed issues that were urgent with competence. But if the dentists continue to keep this manager employed then they deserve the loss of business they get. As it was, they lost 4 customers as I had the intention to move my whole family to their practice. In retrospect all she had to say when she gave away my appointment was, hey why don't I get you scheduled for the next available. That is how you treat customers not telling them it's their fault things aren't working with your system. You don't tell them it's your way or the highway and that's essentially what she said. Then I choose the highway instead of dealing with her unprofessional banter towards me.

However when I showed up for this appointment things did not go as planned! The receptionist could not find any appt for me for that day! So she said they would "FIT ME IN" which meant I had to wait in the lobby for up to 1.5 hours! When I was finally taken back I met the nicest and most and conscience dental tech! She explained everything to me that she was doing and answered all my questions! The surgeon Dr Allen was constantly coming in and out of the room. During these trips he gave me injections, took biopsies, extracted my tooth and inserted a graft! He was a very fast surgeon! Was given Nitrous Oxide the entire time which was a blessing! When I got home I realized that I hadn't been given pain med or an antibiotic! Was too late to call the office so I called the next morning at 8:30am and found out that the surgeon had forgotten to call the Rxs into my pharmacy. Was told it would be taken care of. Called the office back at 12,:30pm only to be told the surgeon still had not called in my Rxs! It turned out that I didn't finally get my Rxs until 5pm! That was INEXCUSABLE! There was no reason that the surgeon should have forgotten my Rxs! Very FRUSTRATING and AGGRAVATING day for me!

Too much time has passed, and medical insurance will deny for untimely filing, which dental office is aware.
