Booked an A service meaning a full service and asked for brakes to be checked as high pitched squeel when braking. Called to tell me car was ready and told nothing wrong with brakes as 'there brand new' told them they had been on for 2 years as they fit them please check properly. Said they would take for a test drive (why wasn't this done already?) called me back a few hours later and advised it was ready to pick up. Got there earlier than I said I would on the phone as they said they shut at half 4 when Google says 5. I turn up and they are taking it for 'a test drive' (2 people with a jump pack) 1 came back (meaning they used my car as a run around). He got back and said they might have something stuck in them just drive it off. (Firstly if you removed the brakes during your check when you said they were "brand new" this would be gone surely!) Secondly I asked if they checked them during the service which I was when I was advised they just changed the oil and it was booked for a B/minor service. Looking at paperwork only oil and filter and plug was changed. In what world do you only change oil during any service look online at what an actual B/minor/2 - check lights, exhaust, brakes, , fluids and possibly belts and change air&pollen filter Can confirm non of this was done and no health check sheet provided.

There were no issues with the service, however I am not exactly an expert when it comes to cars :) Still going strong so I suppose it was OK. One thing that did annoy me was that when I took it for an MOT 3 weeks after the service they failed my car because of a tyre, they did not pick this up when they did the service and I don't exactly do a lot of distance in 3 weeks. They did also fit a waterpump to an older car that I had (I supplied the parts and they fitted it) which was quite reasonable.

Buy your ticket then walk into town, have a coffee and a home made cake at St Lawrence centre (fantastic architecture and run as a social enterprize - special needs, vulnerable etc) then ride all the way back. If you are doing the full 7 miles into town then stop for tea and a bacon roll at kesgrave kitchen too. If 7 miles is too much then ride as far as Ipswich hospital and just walk the last 3 miles. Walking a route that you normally ride or drive is fascinatingnand it is nice to know when you sit down for your naughty treats that with all that exercise you deserve it.

Had my bike with him for four weeks, very poor communication, i had to call him every time, no answer to texts, he wasn't at the shop when I turned up twice , he quoted the job for 150 pounds and a few days for the repair, ended up paying 400 pounds and my bike still doesn't run well! Three weeks in the process he still didn't know what was wrong with my bike and my bill was already 330 pounds! Also he only takes only cash for payments(!?)- are you carrying around 400 pounds as pocket money? I surely don't! He was very reluctant on me doing a road test to make sure that i am paying for a proper job! I just pulled out so I could cut my losses. Do not trust this so called business, save your money and time and go elsewhere!

No surprise that the warranty would not cover the repair. What was a NICE surprise was that Paul on service reception approached the sales dept,who agreed to cover the cost of the parts.AND the service department would cover the labour.I hope this doesn't start a stampede to Donalds to get foc repairs.However I cant thank Donalds enough and would highly recommend doing business with them. I was really happy with the work they did, they did a couple of reacall jobs for free at the same time. They finished ahead of schedule, saving me a lot of time and stress. The car was washed and hoovered too. I'll certainly go there again and would happily recommend them to any other Mazda-owning Qypers. The service reception staff were particularly good. The only downside was the coffee facilities, which looked unappetisingI'm always grab a free coffee whenever I can, but I couldn't deduct a star for this.

There is a care was attached to the garage this closes at 8 pm, it is a drive through. The garage sells a small selection of sandwiches,drinks,sweets cigs and car stuff. There is no customer toilets you would have to go over to the store which is open 24 hours. There is also a cash point located here with free withdrawal. Staff are ok some talk some ingnore you and carry one taling to their work mate while serving you.

Beware anyone using Brockford accident repair centre's courtesy car…read more Make sure you get the car checked when you return it. Do not let them fob you off saying it's dark and raining so they will check it the next day. They get you to sign saying this is ok, with you knowing that there is no damage on the car you have just returned, so you sign it quite happily. 3 days later we have had a call saying the car is dented and that they want £80+vat to fix it. Dropped the car off Friday before they closed, and even though they open on Saturday, the car wasn't checked until Monday morning!! Rung them up discussed it in length, then asked to speak to the manager as was getting nowhere. He was out so would call me back later. Instead of doing this, he rings up our insurance company and notifies them of what's happened and starts a claim!! I rung back after hearing the insurance company had left a message on my other half's phone. I speak to the lady again saying it's totally out of order and disputing the whole incident, and then ask to speak to the manager again. He is busy and will call back in 10 minutes. 40 minutes later, he calls back and in conversation says that there is no proof that it happened while we had the car, and that it was just as possible that it could of happened in the yard over the weekend. I brought up the fact that there had been at least one person drive it since we dropped it off to them, as it got moved into their compound. This still made no difference! He then said his intention was not for us to feel that he'd forced our hand, but obviously going straight to the insurance company had done this, and we had no option other than to pay it. We are now out of pocket £96 for damage that we suspect was done over the weekend!! Make sure they check the car whatever the weather, or time of day you take it back.
