From the start I was greeted in a friendly manner with no 'tuts' despite it being early on Monday morning and not having an appointment. I found all the staff to be very helpful and open, definitely honest and trustworthy, and they proceeded to get me back on the road quickly. I was kept updated and the labour and parts prices were extremely reasonable. The job was completed on time and I was offered to have the car returned to me. No frills, no free coffee, no glossy magazines to read while you wait... What I did get was competitive pricing, advice, squeezed me in within 3 days and a loan car into the bargain. The owner started as a panel beater so this discipline encourages reuse rather than immdiate, and expensive, replacement. This establishment is accredited with a number of different insurance companies and also offers courtesy car options. The repair centre is situated on the outskirts of Ipswich, very near a petrol station and very close to the A14. Parking here is free and it is the sort of place you can feel confident of a good job done for a fair and honest price.

Having found out the parts i needed (but not knowing too much about cars), i asked one of the men working there who gladly helped me find what i needed - and even suggested ways in which i could save some money through different brands / deals in store. The cost of repairs / replacements can often mount up without realising so the aprox 20% i saved on what i would have spent was most welcome.. thank you

Not many sizes in what they do have and pretty steep prices for the quality offered. There is a small showroom upstairs that is packed tightly with all range of Yamaha vehicles and a tiny amount of mixed used bikes. Excellent service department! (which is why I keep going back) Quick and dependable repairs & MOT at reasonable rates.
