If you live in Edmonton, you have to drop off your dress at their Edmonton location and they send it to Calgary for cleaning. Once the dress is cleaned they send it back to the Edmonton shop where you can pick it up. Overall they did a fabulous job cleaning my dress and the service was friendly during drop-off and pickup. The only thing is their Edmonton location is only open on certain weekday mornings so it was a little inconvenient for us. Other than that, we were happy with the service and results. My dress came back clean and in a large white box with a window in it, so it looks like it's encased in a frame and you can admire it without actually opening the box. One less thing to worry about post-wedding, whew!

They were on time and very thorough in their walk-through to assess the damage. They asked us exactly what happened and anything that we noticed of where water came through the ceiling and walls. After taking some measurements they got started with the demolition. I was very impressed with their work and how clean it was. My wife and I cleared anything out of the way that we could to give them room to work. They meticulously went room-by-room, cleaning up their mess as they went. After almost an entire day's work they started the fans an dehumidifiers. A couple of days later they came back with their meters to see if everything was dry. It wasn't quite, but returned the next day to test again and remove their equipment. Overall a great experience during a time of frustration.
