He was very patient with our questions and changes that we wanted to make. He really worked hard to make sure our garage addition would be functional and have good curb appeal. Jonathan was always available to answer questions, offer advice and input, and transform our wish list into a functional building. We received our renderings very quickly after measurements, and our construction drawings were completed about a week after we approved the design. Jonathan also worked with the land surveyor to make sure we would have all of the necessary documents in order to pull a permit. I plan to pull the permits myself since I am familiar with the process, but Jonathan threw in a few tips for me anyway. Would absolutely work with Jonathan again, and encourage others to do so as well! The work was done well, but just as important was the high level of customer service that Jonathan provides. It made this design process a breeze. EDIT: We had to make numerous changes to our initial design after we had already received the finished construction plans from Jonathan. He was ready and willing to work with us to fine tune them and make the changes we requested (for a very reasonable rate). Our results were a shower that was left very close to the way it was found , empty trash cans all missing bags, a trash bag with food moved from the kitchen to an indoor pail in the garage, dirty light switches with fingerprints, shelves that weren't dusted or even touched for that matter, trim that was not touched, and the excuse that there wasn't enough time to finish what was quoted.. The cherry on top was watching them pour a bucket of dirty chemical water on top of our Day Lillies in our front landscape beds!! Extremely unprofessional! If a prior consultation/onsite assessment is not performed, wouldn't it make sense to assess upon arrival, and to inform your customer if you will not be able to complete what was previously agreed upon? Then the customer could advise on the most important areas to focus on. This company's approach was to forego communication, and rush to get as much done as possible in the quoted time. We came home to a house that was partially cleaned, with the most important aspect of the service (the deep shower cleaning) not done at all. And we made it clear that a deep shower cleaning was needed when booking the appointment! An insulting $50 refund was offered on a service that cost nearly $500, while less than 50% of the work was completed.. And we were given the option to pay MORE for them to return to complete what should have been done in the first place.
