I will never take my animals here again. It's cheaper to get ears cleaned as a human. Veterinarians are getting criminal with what they bill and keep In mind nothing they bill is regulated. They saw bixby and then cancelled our appointment and sent us to collections bc I didn't like their treatment plan. So third trip to the office to pay them $62.50 for an appointment I attended. In human healthcare I can't cancel a patients appointment just bc they don't want to do what's recommended. Their cancellation policy is just scam to ensure they're still making a paycheck without having to do anything. Three hours later, half a day of work missed, down $62.50 and bixby still has an ear infection. So fed up with peoples lack or common decency. Are they helping the community or just robbing bandera citizens? They need to be reported.
