The office is very clean, and makes you feel comfy and at home. The receptionist always greets you with a welcoming smile. The dental rooms are located in front of large windows so there's plenty of natural light. The rooms are impeccably clean and they have the most up to date technology. Dr. Boss is knowledgeable, informative, friendly and very good at her job. The same can be said for her staff. I have tried to think of something negative I could say about this office so that I don't appear to be biased but honestly I can't come up with a thing. I've taken my children here for over 16 years…read more I started going there because at the time my son needed dental work at a young age and no other dentist would take him due to his age. And this happened to be the only pediatric dentist at the time. I wasn't exactly pleased with his services over the years but I felt stuck at the time because my son needed dental care. Over the years his prices keep increasing and his practice grew and he became less friendly and less patient focused. He seems to like the latest gadgets and your bill will reflect that. There was an issue as my oldest was seeing a orthodontist and because I had an argument with the orthodontist office the contacted this dentist and the tried to get me to remove my sons braces saying he would have cavities under them. I refused and told them I'd deal with the issue but my sons teeth are going to be straight first. They both were upset with me and so my second sons care was pushed to the side as the provider was upset with me and didn't want to address his need for braces. They basically black balled me and my son and I couldn't get anyone to put his braces on. I had to find another dentist that didn't know about the argument to get care for my second son. I told Dr Su office I was leaving his practice and to sent records to our new dentist but they never did. Then they would say I missed visits even after I already called them saying we were not coming back. They sent letters to me many times saying they won't provide service since we no showed but I already called them and spoke with them. Don't let the fancy little gaming system kid you. This office is just money driven not that most offices aren't but there are way better options since I stated taking my kids here. You can find a pediatric dentist anywhere now. I have a hell of a lot of respect for how they run this office. I'm shocked by the first review below. I myself am very particular about dentists and have had a lot of issues with dentists in the past. I went to a periodontist earlier in the year and I felt like they were trying to rip me off so I switched dentist on my wifes recommendation. I found the reception folks to be helpful and quick to answer questions. The hygienist was friendly and dr ash really out things over the top. A good doctor can explain issues in a way that folks can understand,no pressure and give different options. Dr ash made me feel at ease and explained all kinds of facets of my personal dental issues -all without making me feel like he was trying to sell me anything. My wife told me that dr ash and staff meet every morning to review each patient that is coming in that day. In addition they check in post appointment with all patients. Highly recommend.

Unprofessional experience I had were staff called off making it tough and hard on other people who are at work(doing the best they can)! That being said the ones who were there were discussing getting off and the weather . I could hear multiple conversations. I don't want to hear that . Music should have been played . Other they could have went to another room on break. Last just leaving I didn't know if I needed to check out at desk . But, some lady cleaning up area and desk . And when I told them- they gave me 2 more shots.. and tried again and I STILL felt everything. I screamed and cried . They drilled about 5-6 holes in my teeth for fillings.. I was there for FIVE HOURS. yet my teeth still feel the same, it hurts to eat it's very uncomfortable. So what did yall do..? Because the same issues I came in with I left with. Just sore and hurting more. I had a follow-up appointment. I'm too scared to go back.
