He said fine we are going to trial. Before me there was only a couple of defendants that were found to be not guilty in all the fifty states. I finally called his office after several weeks had gone by with no update or return phone call and he then stated he was planning to retire this year 2017 so he wouldn't be good to represent us anymore.
