Everything went fine. The vet came in. They did bloodwork on one cat and had to do labs on the other cat as well because of a possible skin infection or allergies. I was very worried about my pets and I did not ask about pricing which I should have. We were in the office for about an hour and other than the bloodwork. The vet basically said that we would have to see specialist because there was nothing that she could do for my cats except provide medication she thought might help but she was not sure what was going on. She recommended a couple of specialist to pull one tooth that might be bugging my cat and told me the other cat might have cancer so she suggested I take him to an oncologist. We got up to the front and when the person at the front told me how much to visit the medication and bloodwork was going to be I just about dropped to the floor. I had my sick cat my hands. My son had the other cat and they're telling me that I have to pay an enormous amount of money that I didn't even have at that point. I offered to pay half of it and they demanded the full amount and pointed to assign that said full amount is due at appointment, but I didn't have time to see that before we went back to see the vet. Long story short I was trying to figure out how to pay the bill and the staff were awful to me!! The veterinarian never once told me that their blood test and lab work would be extremely expensive nor did she tell me that the medication was going to be that expensive. For 45 minutes, I stood there, trying to figure out how I was going to take care of this bill and the entire time the staff were not helpful and definitely treated me like I was crap. I was literally told to get out of the way because there were other people that were trying to make payments for their appointments. I was asked to call everybody I knew in order for them to help me, which I didn't have anyone to call. I finally said this is what I have and I can't pay anymore today, but I will come back and pay when I get my paycheck in a few days. They took the payment that I could make that day, but were very rude to me through that whole process. I did end up calling and making the rest of the payment and getting the medication that the cats needed, but I will never ever step foot back in that office and not just because the cost is ridiculous, but because of the way they treated me.

They…read moredo an awesome job, they are reasonably priced, caring, and seem to understand the business of veterinary medicine. I have always felt comfortable and felt like they cared for our animals. If I had a knock on the practice it would be that sometimes they dont have anyone at the front desk. Great Clinic. Great group of vets!

The space where the puppies stay is clean and well taken care of. She has a doggie door for them to go in and out. They are able to play and interact with one another! I adopted my beautiful girl, Kali (then Ruby) back in 2020…read more I came to pick her up two days after her first birthday. When I arrived I was swarmed by 15-25 aussies. When I asked where "Ruby" was Koni replied "she's under the coat rack". This was the first red flag. The second red flag was Koni telling me two other people had returned her... She then proceeded to tell me she miscarried a litter. 3 owners and a miscarried litter all before her first birthday? Third red flag was when Koni told me to "feed her hot dogs". Excuse me? Absolutely not. When I brought Kali home, she was incredibly nervous and we had extremely terrible diarrhea almost everyday for the first month. Every morning I would wake up and my entire carpet was absolutely covered. She ran away from me multiple times. Kali clearly had hormonal and digestive issues from being rushed into breeding while being fed a nutrition devoid diet. The bond was already built and I refused to be another person to give up on this dog. It's been 5 years since then and Kali has had a beautiful life full of love and adventure. She is my baby. I will never give up on her. But she continue to struggle to this day with her tummy. I have her on Farmer's Dog and probiotic supplements. She gets whole real foods, lots of walk, lots of love. But her foundation was broken from the start. I am also fairly certain Koni's husband was abusive to the animals as she HATES tall men with beards. I don't know if Koni is still doing business, but if she is and you read this, adopt your pup from someone else. I am grateful for Kali in my life and will love her deeply until her last day - but she is a challenging dog and I fully blame this awful breeder for treating their dogs as nothing but a source of income.

Our wolf hybrid passed away suddenly on Monday. My partner and his brother took him in to get cremated and the guy up-charged us $60 trying to say he was over 90 pounds and we know our dogs never been over 75. Of course they didn't feel like arguing.... OUR DOG JUST DIED. They also knew arguing with someone who makes money off of death is a lost cause anyways. Well then he went on to insure us that since he was big enough that he would get his own incinerator and that sometimes when the dogs are small enough he can do a couple at a time..... LIKE WHAT DO YOU MEAN. If I'm paying you to cremate my dog... I want my dog... not a mix of my dog and someone else's pet... Anyways topper on the cake is we went to pick up our boys ashes today and he said he was gonna take paw prints and all that jazz and he did NONE OF IT. Absolutely disgusted and heartbroken.

They all know her by name & treat her with affection. When I pick her up at night, she's relaxed & tired, which makes her soooo much easier to handle in the evenings. They sell a nice selection of quality dog food, treats, & toys. On weekdays you can drop off for doggie day care at 6:30 AM, & they are open on Saturdays too (starting at 7 AM). They have been a real find & I'm so glad they're in business.
