She curated a Caribbean inspired menu that was so thoughtful. We began with papas rellenas, perfectly crisped potato croquettes stuffed with beautifully seasoned curried lamb. They were so flavorful. Next was a vibrant Caribbean salad with leafy greens, dried tropical fruit, prawns, and a delicious honey-lime dressing. It was fresh, bright, and perfectly balanced. For the main course, she served jerk cornish hens with rice & peas and mixed vegetables. The flavors were incredible!!! To end the evening, we enjoyed a refreshing dragon fruit and mango sorbet that was the perfect ending. May I also add that Chef Livi was incredibly accommodating, thoughtfully adjusting dishes for allergies and preparing a beautiful vegan substitute for one of my friends without compromising flavor or presentation. Every dish was prepared with care and love. You can truly tell she enjoys cooking for others and takes pride in her craft. I would absolutely book Chef Livi again in a heartbeat!!!
