Then, after speaking to the owner she had me take a picture of the figurine as proof and then, when the women still stuck to their story she basically called me the liar. SO, since this was a cheap little figurine - although valuable to me - I can only imagine what would happen if they broke something of real value. I wasn't even mad about the figurine - accidents happen, but was SO disappointed how this was handled.
