I am working…read moreon opening our new Scottsdale office and was put in charge of choosing furniture and getting estimates for the items that we will need for our space. This is foreign territory to me and I couldn't be happier that Jerome was the person who happened upon me that hot, incredibly hot, day in August when I showed up at your warehouse. Jerome was fantastic! He showed me where I could find everything I was looking for (new, used, chairs, desks, etc.) and then walked me through several different options. He let me know the difference in comfort, durability, variances and price on several items. When I couldn't decide between a couple items, he would let me know which one was a more popular option which helped me decide. He was kind enough to give me small wood samples so I could match up (what will be our new furniture) with some existing furniture we had/have on hand as well as share with my execs. He gave me other very useful tools to help choose additional furniture for once we decided on our final office space. Jerome's communication skills were excellent, he was professional, courteous, patient, organized, and amazingly skilled and knowledgeable in the products and inventory. When we were going over the selected items, he always gave me the other variations that came with that item and always confirmed that he understood what I was requesting. Jerome was also quick to respond when I would email him with requests, changes, final price quotes and, with your help, some discounts, which ultimately won over my execs. Not only was he quick to respond, but he answered all of my questions in my email, which seems to be such a rarity these days. He informed when the items will be available, which items may not be, how he can loan us some items if need be and so much more! I also sent him a picture of a workspace I wanted to have created and he got that estimate to me faster than I anticipated. I rarely write reviews, but feel compelled to do so based on the extraordinary service by Jerome and the wonderful experience I've had with Jerry's Office Furniture. I congratulate you for having an employee as skilled and dedicated to extraordinary customer service as Jerome. As our office fills out, I will be contacting Jerome for the additional items we will undoubtedly need and I will continue to highly recommend him as well as your company.

Once he understood what I was looking for he started pulling options out for me. I ended up getting a high quality commercial chair for a dorm chair price. It was very gently used if not new. This place is huge. It's well lit and very clean. The furniture can be dusty, but they thoroughly clean and polish it before loading it up for you. If you're looking for anything in the office furniture realm (including recycle bins) I would make this your first stop.

    I purchased a Roland TrueVIS VG3-640 printer through Pacific Office Automation in November 2025 for…read moremy print shop in Fountain Hills, Arizona. As a print shop owner running production equipment daily, reliable training and service support are extremely important. Based on my experience since the purchase, the post-sale support has been very disappointing. The printer arrived with faulty printheads and dampers, which had to be replaced shortly after installation. While those parts were eventually swapped out, it was not the start I expected when purchasing a brand-new production printer. In light of these issues occurring immediately after installation, I requested in writing that the machine be replaced or the purchase refunded. That request was declined, and the approach taken was to replace the defective parts. During those discussions, it was also communicated to me that if I did not agree with that approach, the matter could be sent to their legal department for review, which I was told could take months to resolve. The training provided after installation was also very minimal. It was outsourced to a third-party technician who was polite and clearly trying to help, but the session mostly covered basic control panel functions rather than practical operational instruction for running the printer in a production environment. For a printer of this size and complexity, I expected hands-on training covering workflow, maintenance, troubleshooting, media setup, and daily operating best practices. That level of training was not provided, and we paid $1,400 for that "training." After installation, the sales representative who handled the deal was no longer available, and communication largely stopped. The most concerning issue came later when I contacted the company for assistance due to an error code and was informed that Pacific Office Automation does not service or support the Roland printers they sell. As a result, I was directed to submit support requests directly to Roland and wait for responses--some of which take days, and some never come--while trying to operate a working print shop. This information was communicated to me directly when I contacted the company for support. In my experience, when purchasing professional production equipment through a dealer, most business owners expect some level of ongoing service or support after the sale. That expectation was not met in this case. Because equipment like this is critical to operating a production print business, I expected a dealer relationship that included proper training and support. If Pacific Office Automation sells wide-format printers like the Roland VG3-640, customers should clearly confirm before purchase what service and support will actually be provided after installation. This was not disclosed during the sales process. I have since located another service provider who supports the printer, but the experience with the sales process, training, and post-sale support from Pacific Office Automation has been frustrating, to say the least. Based on my experience since purchasing the printer in November 2025, I would strongly encourage other business owners to confirm exactly who will provide service, training, and ongoing support before purchasing equipment through this company.
