I was told that they no longer carry or even service Control4 and suggested I get a new system they were offering. I thought I was out in the cold until I found Automated Environments. I was having difficulty with the system and did an online chat with Automated Environments who called me back within a couple hours. Kevin was familiar with Control4 and diagnosed the problem.
