Today was just a cleaning, polish & fluoride... which, btw, they have a new unflavored variety that I found completely non-offensive! YaY! After my cleaning, the doc came in for a check &, thankfully, it's still just the one failed root canal awaiting treatment at the endeodontist (Who will have a separate review, if i ever get in! 10mo so far) Services were fully covered by insurance, woth no put of pocket & I'll be back mid-July.

You told your insurance will reimburse you but get around this by saying it may only be an estimate. I called to speak with billing about it and was told " there is nothing we can do about this". In reality, they are choosing not to do anything because they obviously have your money. Be warned! Overpriced and poor customer service after the fact!

I returned to the store, unaware that they do not stand behind the quality of their products. They do not accept returns on washed merchandise...Jen was condescending (kept calling me hun) and argumentative (insisting there was no shrinkage). She volunteered to stream the top in an effort to prove there was nothing wrong with the quality, but finally gave up and recommended I iron it. I told her I wasn't happy with the condition after a single wash and wanted to return it, which she refused to accept. Lesson learned, I won't go back.

It seems to be within a month. There are some pretty unique choices. Some are priced really well & others are pretty high. As expected, I left with a bunch of random things that I really didn't need, including 2 pair of Foster Grant readers, with cases for under $5.
