I replied that I did want the driveway cleared. Shortly after the snow/sleet stopped, I received a text message that they were on the way. About 5 minutes later, the crew arrived and did a fantastic job of clearing our driveway and front path. They even salted where necessary. Then you wait. maybe they'll pick it up tomorrow, maybe they'll pick it up in 3 weeks. when you reach out to ask them what's happening and when they are picking it up, they basically tell you to be patient and they will come pick it up some day. then one day as some point in the future they come and take it, who knows when. seems to always take weeks though. for the cost and how long it ends up sitting here it's just not worth it. I have ordered for it to be picked up before I even set it up because I assumed it would take forever for them to get it, and they wont keep you informed of whats going on. No call "hey we will be there tomorrow" it's a great idea, and the bag is a good size for home projects or cleanouts etc. but back when it was $300ish, I would deal with it.
