He acknowledged receiving our financial documents that needed to be filed by the September 15, 2024 deadline. I followed up with Mark again on with an email on August 29, 2024 and a phone call on September 4, 2024 to find out the status of our tax filings. Unfortunately, Mark never acknowledged the email or the phone call and our federal and state taxes were not completed by Mark by the filing deadline of September 15, 2024. This is unprofessional and totally unacceptable.
