During the tree removal, they managed to drop a large limb onto the roof of my storage building, damaging it. They left before completing all the work, but assured me they would return to finish the next day and that repairs would be made to my storage building. They have not returned. My phone calls go unanswered, and messages are not returned. I can only say that this is highly unprofessional and that these folks are unreliable and undependable.

A team of 6 guys showed up, on time, and appropriately dressed for the task at hand. They used all safety measures and communicated with each other at all times.
