    This Guy contacted me about a LG dryer I had for sale for100.00 on Craigslist. He said he wanted to buy and i told him he could have it for free. So I removed the ad and turned down several others thinking he must have needed it. Then he sent a guy to pick it up and it wasn't good enough and didn't have respect to let me know. I did some research and found out he is a dealer. Stay away from this jerk , this is exactly why people don't try and help others. This dryer was my 80 year old mothers dryer and it works great just many scratches caused by me. I gave my mother a new dryer for her birthday one with old school controls. Run from this Steve ALDEN Appliance and look for real owners of used appliances that have respect for People . John Yates Frisco Texas

    Two months and $700 later my fridge is still broke. Horrible customer service. Stay away from them! I wish I did.

    I called Steve Alden Appliances at 9AM. By 3PM my washer and dryer were both back up and running!

So glad I did! I came in 30 minutes before close and Matt didn't rush me at all, showed me the inventory on hand and explained their warranty information. I was able to select the units I wanted, and discuss delivery and finalize price. It came out to just over $500 for the washer and dryer, $65 for delivery and setup plus an extra $20 (they charge $10/floor) for delivery to my 3rd floor walk up. My card was expired so I paid cash to which he said he'd knock off the sales tax for a cash payment. Score, saved myself almost $50! I was able to get my delivery the next afternoon, and Matt arrived on time with both machines, hooked them up and ran a cycle to be sure both were working properly. My entire experience was seamless and pain free, and the 90 day warranty they offer on their appliances lets me know they stand behind their work. Really glad I found this place and I'm recommending them to everyone!

The store is small but has a large selection of different types of washers and dryers - front and top load, etc. Not only did they listen closely to what we were looking for - since not everyone wants the same type of features - but actually tested a few to make sure they would fit our needs. So helpful and friendly! The pricing is comparatively inexpensive for the units and delivery with install. We made our purchase and set up delivery very quickly which was a huge relief. Delivery was on time, efficient and included a test to make sure all was working well. 3 months later the machines continue to perform without a hitch and they were quick to tell us that they would stand by the quality and working conditions of the washers and dryers so to call them if anything went wrong. Excellent!!

    SUNDAY-I originally came in to get a washer because the one I had started acting funny…read more I found a set that seemed ok, for $300 so I bought the set because I wanted them to match. I also gave them my old washer-free of charge that I'm sure they will fix and turn around and sold for $150+. I got the set home-hooked everything up and realized the washer was leaking. I tried to call the Zelle number I was given as well as the numbers on google and couldn't get ahold of anyone. I had to work the next couple days but I got off earlier on Tuesday and managed to get the number off the building and got ahold of someone (which happened to be the owner). We discussed what was going on and he said he would be there Wednesday to check it out. He never showed up or contacted me. So I reached back out on Thursday. He said he forgot and was busy and can come Friday, to just remind him. So Friday I texted him to see what time was best for him and he told me afternoon. I went up to the store because communication is a little easier..and I asked him if he isn't able to fix the washer-can I trade the set out for a different set because I would like them to match (which was the whole purpose of buying a set). He said yes. And he would be there around 3-4...come 5:30 I still hadn't heard anything from him so I called and he seemed annoyed and said he was 5 min away...15 min later he showed up. He didn't try to check the washer to see what was going on he just started unplugging everything..brought in a different washer and I asked them if this is temporary? He said they are just going to swap it and I asked if he had the matching dryer. He got mad and told me it was a hassle and they are both the same brand...but I told him they were not matching and I had just talked to him at the store about it. He started saying that he didn't have to come over here and I could have just brought the washer back and dealt with it myself and that he's doing me a favor. So I walked away. I felt very disrespected in my own apartment due to his tone and choice of words. He was trying to keep my newer/color coded hoses and I told him I'd rather keep them because they are newer and the ones on the washer he brought are old. But he insisted on keeping mine and I "can stop by the store to grab some other ones." He unhooked my hoses and then asked me if I remembered which outlet was hot and which one was cold...I did not..hints the color coded hoses. When his assistant was trying to figure out which one was which he told him "just pick one"...they got it hooked up. Turned it on and left. After they left I checked under the washer to make sure it wasn't leaking and he had ripped up/damaged my flooring! AND IT WAS STILL LEAKING. Worse than the other one. So I called him back and told him it was leaking. He wanted a pic so I sent one and he said they would fix the other one. When I sent him a pic or my flooring he just ignored me. This whole ordeal has been such a headache and I will NOT ever be doing business with him or his company again. Ive now been an owner of his equipment for 2 months with no resolution. The set is by the dumpster and I've invested $2300 elsewhere to save me the headache. The owner is extremely rude and doesn't own up to his actions. Next time I'll be sure to have a man present to avoid being talked down to.
