A manager named Kathy employee number 115589 told me I would be the last person I'd speak with at Conns regarding the accounting errors they made when I asked to speak with her boss because she didn't want me to file the complaint against her obviously. The first complaint was on request 1472076 where I got a $100 credit for the bad experience but seems like after you get a credit, Conns can mistreat you all they want to moving forward with no additional credit for their mistake. So I asked for them to come pick up their equipment and they said no you can return it yourself under a repossession which goes against my credit. So now they are forcing me to do business with them when I said I didn't want to anymore because they keep mistreating me on the phone. I asked for a call back from the upper management team that reviewed the account and still waiting for that call. They say they strive for quality customer service but that's a lie. They don't care about their customers at all and they will try to rip you off by adding additional fees to your contract. Don't fall for the Conns trap they are the worst people to do business with and I hope they get sued for this and go out of business now. I'll never do business with Conn again and I'm going to post bad reviews to as many places as I can. If they don't want to give me the credit or come pick up this equipment then I'm going to let everyone know so they don't fall for the same trap I did. When we came into the store, we were deciding between side by side refrigerator or a french door fridge. We were fairly confident in our decision, and the Mendoza was delivered the same day to our home nearby. The delivery went smoothly, but we had not measured our kitchen space (cubic ft/width) before choosing a fridge. The owner at Mendoza helped us work out the issue, re-measure the fridge space, and worked with his son to find us a replacement fridge that matched our size constraints. He told us that he's been in the business for 16 years, and his professionalism and humility reflect that. The delivery of our replacement fridge went well, it looks great, it fits and we are grateful for the folks at Mendoza.

I wrote a review yesterday, but, somehow, it failed to get posted…read more - 1st visit - I was given everything they would do for the price I was quoted. - Check hoses and icemaker--if icemaker was broken beyond repair, they would replace it - When finished they would put everything back where it belonged and clean up. After several hours, they came up to my desk, advised me that they were finished and asked if they could have copper tubing he replaced. I went back to see the kitchen and NOTHING had been cleaned and there was water all over the floor. Myself and a co-worker cleaned it up. I was told to give it 24-48 hrs for ice to be made. The following morning the icemaker started smoking so we unplugged it and called them. Another man came out and fixed whatever was smoking and told me to call if it didn't make ice and he would replace it. It barely makes small cubes so I tried calling, never received a call back. Texted and never received a response back to that either.
