We had State Farm auto and home owners policies with Hannah for years and I am saddened to report…read moreit was not a good experience. When we had a no fault and an at fault claim, they were never available by phone, email, or text. It would take days to get a response, and sometimes never return the call at all! Everything that needed to be done regarding claims had to be done through their national contact number because of this poor communication. When they chose not to renew our auto policy, we were not notified by Hannah's office. Instead, we received a form letter in the mail from State Farm's national headquarters. We thought by having a local agent, we would receive better service, but that didn't happen. Even though her husband is a firefighter, as well as my husband, we thought we could trust her more than the average insurance agent. Of course, we had an increase in premiums after the accidents, but we accepted that without question. Our biggest complaint is with communication and customer service. If you are looking for a local agent that is interested in taking care of your family in a sometimes stressful situation, please do yourself the favor and go somewhere else.....

I've been putting off getting quotes and finally visited the website for Karla's agency. There was a "text us" option and I really thought this will probably not get a response. But was I surprised!! I received a text back shortly after sending. For my busy job text and email are my primary communication choices. I emailed over my current policy overviews to get quotes for similar coverage. My auto quote came back first, saving me over $978 a year!! Also, after a review of my policy and the PVA report we found that I was not well insured on my home. My coverage was literally my loan balance, and we all know to rebuild it's a lot more. I increased my coverage by more than double what I had prior on my home owners. This came in about $200 more a year, but with way more coverage. These ladies are friendly and down to earth. Amy literally communicated with me via email and it was seamless. Their service is incredible. I also love their office is right down the road from my home. I will always recommend this agency. Glad we made the change.
