In comes Melanie, who I happened to find by accident through a Yelp promo email. She had another shoot earlier in the day, but bc we were doing a later beach elopement ceremony and reception, she could do it! Signing the contract and working out all the details online and via email was easy. She sent me some paperwork to give her details and then we had a phone conversation to discuss and get to know one another. On the day of - she texted me, showed up exactly on time, and was a dream to work with. So friendly, so kind, so helpful. She went above and beyond for me and my family and was so easygoing. She posed us wonderfully and rolled with the punches when a few things didn't go as planned (it's a wedding, it's going to happen!). Absolutely professional. The photos we've been given so far as a preview are stunning and I can't wait to see the others. Everyone raved about how kind she was and how much they liked our photographer afterwards, and when we've sent a few photos, they've all been blown away. I feel lucky to have found Melanie, and her husband Chris, to shoot my day and would recommend her to anyone who asked me for any photos. If we need family portraits or special pics taken in the future, she's our girl!

My maternity pictures are STUNNING and I've never felt more beautiful or loved my body as much as I did then and it was my third pregnancy! Summer is extremely attentive and responsive. She knew EXACTLY what I was looking for with little/no guidance/help from me. Her studio is amazing and equipped with clothing and props to meet your needs. A mom herself, she knew exactly what to do to calm the baby when he got fussy. When it came time to review our photos, I was in tears. I couldn't believe what she was able to accomplish with our little one. She made the decision of selecting a photo extremely difficult. So much variety and every photo is flawless! If you're on the fence about whether or not newborn photos are worth it - I'll tell you that I'll cherish these photos forever. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. They respond really slow and very rude, like if I asked them to come clean my house for free, and not asked their price and would included in it. I actually tried to get their services couple times, and each time they treated me that unprofessional way. I will not try again. There are not many photographers in my area, so even after first negative experience I still tried to reach out to them, but that was a mistake. It feels like they know that the competition isn't high here, so they treat potential clients poorly. I'd rather look for a more expensive photographers farther away than try to contact this one again. The only time the photographer actually responded to me fast and in a nice way was when the photographer was selling her house and I was looking to buy one. So I asked couple questions about it. So I felt like she would treat me well to sell the house, but would treat me poorly when I asked about her photography services. I felt like she was also treated me that way because I'm foreigner. I do not recommend them (the photographer and her assistant!) and I do not recommend their services. I will leave my honest negative review everywhere I can so people would know to avoid them!
