I had heard horror stories from friends about the many offers on the many houses they had submitted before they finally were accepted. I was astonished that I wasn't in a crazy bidding war and didn't have to waive any inspections or take the property "as is" just to get into contract. There was some back and forth, but for the most part everything moved quickly and easily. Not being from New England there were so many things about the properties that I was unfamiliar with, including heating systems, septic tanks and dealing with snow. Working with Mark I learned about the many things one must take into consideration when moving to a 4 season climate. It did take me a bit to find the right house, but Mark continued to work with me until I found one that I was really happy with. Kelly dose things on her terms and not her clients. keller willams as a whole should really re evaluate having her on the team as it's costing them there integrity

I have used this company to sell several house over the years, and I have been very happy every…read moretime. One sale was very memorable. It was in 1993, when we were in a down market much like today. My mortgage company had agreed to accept less money than I owed them in order to move the property. However, at the closing, they changed their tune and tried to get me to hand over $6500 in order to close. In retrospect, I'm guessing this is a common trick they use - knowing you are eager to get out of the house and some people probably pay up. Most fortunately, William Kanteres, the broker, was present at the closing. He got right on the phone with the mortgage company and demanded that they honor the deal that he had negotiated with them. Everything then went as originally planned and it cost me zero. I would also add that the people working at this firm all seem to be highly competent, and exhibit a kind of low keyed professionalism that I really like.
