This was one of the best things to happen to us because insurance can be so tricky especially when a claim or the different modes of insurance are involved. The entire staff at this agency are helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They never tried to push expensive premiums on us and they were always honest. We had a few natural disasters happen while insured through an insurance company, and let me tell you - if you don't have an agency that supports your interest - you won't know what to do or where to start when something like that happens. We moved early this year to Idaho, and had to leave our beloved Insurance Agency. I wish we could have taken them all with us hahaha! In addition to The Insurance Circle being wonderful to us, we were insured through Pekin (FAI), and they were equally wonderful. We wouldn't have gotten through a flooding disaster and a major windstorm in Ohio without them. If you are considering an agency for insurance, look no further - they will take care of you! When my car got broken into awhile back, he was able to get the window fixed for me right away. He found the workshop, called them, and setup an appointment for me. He also had a rental car service pick me up and take me to get a temporary car. What would have been a major inconvenience, Tom made into a very minor one.

I immediately called and added extra coverage. A year later it floods. Call him and he says we are covered for 5 grand ..... says he doesn't recall us talking about adding coverage. About another year goes by I file what he told me was a comprehensive claim when I hit a large pothole. Took out two wheels and tires. Find out it was a collision all along. He claims he doesn't recall telling me it was comprehensive .... don't waste your money with this idiot.

A couple weeks ago , I went to Zach Bradley's office to have them explain this determination. His co-worker pulled my policy up and couldn't find the inspectors pics. She went to the office next door (Zach's) and she communicated to me that they would have State Farm come out for a more thorough inspection. At no time on this day did Zach interact with me and he had multiple opportunities. Today, I re-visited Zach Bradley's State Farm Canal Winchester office since I have had no communication since my last visit. No inspection of my house had been scheduled. At that time, I let Zachs agent know that I would be canceling my auto and home insurance with them (after 48 years)and be looking elsewhere for my insurance needs. It took his employ approximately 20 seconds to complete the cancellation. No asking me to stay, no how can we make this better, no would you like to talk to Zack and not even a thank you for all your years of service...and again...no interaction with Zach who was sitting in the office next door.
