I may update my review if they make this right…read more Quick summary, 71 year old mom booked round trip tickets to Ireland for $2500 through AAA, needs to cancel tickets due to serious neck surgery, gets GHOSTED by AAA after ~10 voicemails for 2.5 months and then gets quoted $13,000 to rebook through AAA and is told she won't be refunded on original ticket price. Now for the details, she asked for trip insurance, rep didn't include that and then is mysteriously gone from the company. Mom leaves several messages with AAA and never receives a single call back for 2 months. Finally Mom gets a hold of someone who reschedules her flight, ok great. Except on Friday, 3 days before the airlines coupon expiration date, she receives an outlandish quote of an additional $11,000 to reschedule her flight. Mom calls AAA on Monday to find out what's going on, they ghost her again for the entire day and then tell her that "They're very sorry but there is nothing they can do." The final kicker, we found we could rebook the EXACT same flight right now on priceline.com for the the original price my Mom paid, $700 per ticket round trip. If you can access the Internet and navigate Priceline.com then DO THAT PLEASE and save yourself a lot of trouble.

I was placed in an unfair situation not of my doing but due to my pedatory HOA. It was affecting my insurance premuims, insurabilty, potentially foreclosure, and health. Tiffani and Chad took on the uphill challenge of helping me out of this situation, nativating with me through HOA mess. They went to bat for me like it was to help themselves. They challenged underwriters and SF corporate and successfully protected my insurabilty. This fight went on for weeks and Chad and Tiffani never gave up on me. Surely it was causing extra work for them, relative to other customers. But they stuck with me until the end. They are both first class. July 20, 2020 I am very impressed with State Farm Insurance as an agency and Chad Carlisle as an agency, as well as with, Mike, Christian, and Darren as agents! Here's the scenario. There was a fire in the condo unit below me. I mitigated the fire using extinguishers, which I highly recommend having, until the fire department arrived. Since I live in a condo with HOA bylaws, a private owner of the unit below me, and renters who occupied the unit, I was sure that this matter would become stressful and messy to resolve who was liable. After confirming my expectations, with all parties involved being non-responsive, I contacted Christian, at the Chad Carlisle agency. He was "Johnny on the spot" (again; he's been this way before). Christian gave me advice, because I did not know what to do. He sent 3 recommended cleaning services to take care of the smoke damage. I got an estimate the next day. The company Colorado Cleaning Services, was 1st class too. They came out and provided an estimate right away. I called State Farm a day or so later to provide the estimate and get further recommendations. Christian was not available, so Mike assisted me. Mike was already briefed and familiar with my situation. He was equally as responsive. Mike gave me wise instructions to proceed with a State Farm claim. I was reluctant, since the fire was not my fault. Mike said to do so "to make me whole again". I still waited to see if the responsible parties would respond. I waited for 5 days to no avail. I called State Farm agency the following week (today) and filed my claim. The recommended cleaning service is scheduled for this week. Though I will have to pay the deductible and supplies expenses, State Farm's legal department will take on the stress of making the liable party pay. The owner's insurance company, Farmers Insurance, refuse to process my claim, though I mitigated the fire, and am not liable, until they resolve who is responsible, the Renter, Owner, or HOA. That could take forever. "Ain't nobody got time for that!" I have been through tug-of-wars between HOA's and Private Owners (who are also real estate investors). It is "nothing nice" and is bad for health. I must be impressed to write such a long comment! I am and State Farm Chad Carlisle agency deserve the praise in this situation. I considered switching to another insurance company because I get bombarded with ads and emails promising lower rates. I am so glad that I did not switch! During the pandemic and today's trying times, it shows that it's not all about cost. During stressful times, and times when it pays to be prudent, it's all more about Trust, Dependability, Customer Relations, and "making the customer whole." State Farm is shedding their market share in CO because they were overleveraged when the major hailstorm hit a few years ago. For your own sake, please do not get drawn in by the lower monthly cost for their insurance - you will pay for it in the long run, and it is not worth the headache.

Due to lack of response from Kylie Welch I sought an estimate from another State Farm Agency in Highlands Ranch. This agency was extremely responsive as we were texting, emailing and calling almost daily running through different numbers, deductibles, coverages, etc. (GREAT customer service). This Kylie Welch finally called back and I told her that I selected another Agency. She immediately became angry, mean, and vindictive so much so that I am leaving State Farm altogether (after 2 weeks) and going back to Allstate. Allstate has much better rates and customer service. This Kylie person was the worst and meanest insurance agent that I have ever dealt with. I was a "potential" customer and to be berated because I did NOT select Joe Bussey State Farm insurance is cold-hearted. Why would I pay significant money to someone who is so vengeful. I am filing complaints with the State Farm National headquarters, Colorado Division of Insurance, and BBB.
