Had that been disclosed during my initial consultation, I would have hired another CPA. After I later received an IRS notice regarding my tax payment, I reached out for assistance and received no response, leaving me to resolve the issue on my own. While the firm ultimately reimbursed the penalties and interest, they refused to acknowledge the broader service issues or take responsibility for the overall client experience. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.
