Throughout the process, communication was poor despite multiple follow-ups. I received a generic email on April 10 stating that returns might not be completed on time. It wasn't until after I raised my concerns that I was told I had submitted my documents too late to receive the expected turnaround and they had done me a favor by taking on my tax return. Had that been disclosed during my initial consultation, I would have hired another CPA. After I later received an IRS notice regarding my tax payment, I reached out for assistance and received no response, leaving me to resolve the issue on my own. While the firm ultimately reimbursed the penalties and interest, they refused to acknowledge the broader service issues or take responsibility for the overall client experience. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was rude, unprofessional, and clearly didn't want to be bothered. The receptionist barely looked up from her phone and acted like answering basic questions was beneath her. They completely botched my taxes. I ended up owing thousands more than I should have because of careless mistakes and sloppy work. When I called to complain, they got defensive and tried to blame ME for their errors. The accountant was condescending, interrupted me constantly, and clearly had no idea what he was doing. I felt like I was paying for amateur hour. The office itself looks cheap and outdated, with a weird smell and uncomfortable waiting chairs. They took forever to get anything done, missed deadlines, and charged me extra fees for "rush work" that they caused. Save yourself the headache and money. This place is incompetent, overpriced, and treats customers like garbage. I will never return and I'm warning everyone I know to stay far away. Zero stars if I could. Avoid at all costs.
