If you call the office, all you ever get is voicemail and then no courtesy of a return call. E-mail inquiries are handled the same, no courtesy of a response. If you go to their office, the door is locked during published business hours. We are frustrated with this lack of response and are stuck as we have two years worth of taxes to complete and need sktax's knowledge of past filings to complete. Bottom line, if you are looking for a reliable and responsive service, suggest you look elsewhere. As an addendum to the above, finally received an email response to our multiple requests for contact. After hand delivering our two years of tax files to Steve personally in mid September we are now told in mid November that the earliest that Steve will complete our work is Feb. 2021. Totally unacceptable. Not the way to treat repeat customers. Look elsewhere.
