Took my Gladiator to have the hood repainted because of corrosion. They had it for two weeks and when I went to pick it up the hood was dented, they had stripped the hood bolts and it was covered in over spray. They promised to make it right the second time. When we picked it back up it was painted in the wrong color and the bolts had not been replaced but painted over. Go somewhere else. Horrible communication. They made me an appointment to repair the bumper on my Tundra 6 weeks ago. I was supposed to bring it in this morning so I called at 7:30 to square away the time. I was told they hadn't ordered the parts and now I'm having to wait another 2 weeks. Who knows if it will happen then Poor business practice. I've already purchased the parts (they made me purchase them in advance for some reason) otherwise I'd go somewhere else. I'll never use them again. read more

I got the worst got damn experience as customer here. The customer service is extremely poor. 1. They waited 4days to call me and tell me anything about my case & tell me my car isn't mine when I have the title to it in my name. 2. They didn't even bother to get my car from behind the gates, I had to walk all the way to the back looking for my car as if I was at a salvage yard looking for parts on a car. 3. Didn't ask if I would like a complimentary bottle water or anything. ... I took my car to collision center and the first thing they did when I walked in was they all stopped doing what they was doing & greeted me and asked if I wanted a bottle water. I then provided them with information and police report and my documents about my 745Li BMW . Cause my car was stolen and damaged, and they didn't give me the run around like Landers.. I brought my car here to be fixed after someone backed into my brand new 2019 Subaru WRX STI . They said they could fix it and make it look brand new again. After I get it back the first time there is a huge gap in the front bumper, and there is also trash in the clear coat ! They said they would fix the bumper by getting a new bracket, and buff out the trash in the clear coat. After I got my car back again, the bumper had a bigger gap in it than the first time I got it back, I told them how unhappy I was with the bumper having a huge gap! This time they told me that I could speak with the shop manager . He never came out and said he was busy . So I brought it back about 2 weeks later to see if I could have it fixed . They took it back to the back and about 15 mins later came back and said it's fixed ! I looked at my bumper and it was still the same . I had to bring it back one more time, this time the shop manager came out and said that they tried to fix it but just can't fix it .. I said that I unacceptable and I need to speak with the General manager please . This was on a Friday he said the GM was out on vacation and on Monday he would be back . The SHOP MANAGER said I will give you a call Monday or Tuesday and we will set up a time for you to talk with the shop manager . They never called me back ever . These people/ company are shady and the Quality of work is trash!! Highly disappointed! I also had a scratch on my back bumper, I took it to them at the same time to have my back bumper scratch repainted and re clear coated I payed $700 , after I get it back the first time they didn't put the clear bumper Protector on correct and there was also a huge bubble in the paint that had popped right next to the clear protector . They clearly had to have seen it before they gave me my car back again . So I took my car back AGAIN to have that fixed . When I took my car back this time they fixed the bubble, but left huge swirl marks in the paint and their was trash in the clear coat . I told them I was highly unsatisfied and that they needed to fix this issue . I didn't pay all this money for a half AS* job ! The shop manager came out and said we will fix it. So I had to come back again and have them fix it/ try to fix it . His idea of fixing the swirl marks as trash in the clear coat was trying to make the scratches smaller by buffing on a brand new paint job... well that didn't work and the shop manager said it looked good to him .. well his eye sight is clearly poor because it still looked like trash . He as mark my advisor if he could see anything and he just got quiet and didn't say anything . I told them both that I needed to speak with the general manager. The shop manager told me that he was on vacation and that he would be back Monday and he would give me a call either Monday or Tuesday. They never called me! I got so fed up dealing with these people that I had to sell my car And buy something else ! This Company and employees are some of the worst I have ever come across ! TL;DR Review: I don't know what the other reviews are talking about. My experience was stellar. I spoke with Robert Beard, who took ownership of my situation and worked with me to get my car fixed. He went above and beyond expectations. I had an issue with my front left fender liner, which had been unbuttoned by GoodYear Auto Service on Broadway in Little Rock and not re-fastened. Because they let me drive away without the slightest inkling they had even unfastened it, much less not re-fastened it, I got on the interstate. It made an awful sound I couldn't identify, and by the time I was able to pull off the interstate to inspect the problem, the liner had been ripped to shreds by my front left tire. I took my Toyota to Steve Landers Collision Center and in the space of one afternoon, Robert had my fender liner replaced with new pins keeping it there. Not only this, but a plastic piece in the engine compartment was also loose, and I'd duct taped it back in place. Robert (or someone at his direction) had removed the duct tape and put fasteners back where they belonged. I didn't even mention this to him! When I picked my car up, it had been vacuumed and dusted, inside and out. Even cleaned the engine compartment. I was completely blown away. I would take any car I have to them with high expectations and the utmost of faith. read more

Great body work and customer service from Steve Wood and his crew! Steve actually took time out of his day to secure another rental car for me after I turned it in a little too early. The communication was horrible. The employees are dishonest. To make matters worse the upper management makes excuses for their employees dishonesty. If you can't trust what they say, its hard to trust that you are getting quality work. I would not recommend them to anyone. Just because its a known name does not mean you can trust them to do the right thing. read more

I brought in an Infiniti QX60 with front end damage. After they completed the work, I noticed the front bumper sonar sensors not working. This disabled cruise control, driver assist technology, and made a red "x" on the front camera view. I brought it back in for them to examine and was told that it would have to go to a dealer to be fixed because they didn't have the equipment to fix it. I was also told they have experienced this type of problem several times with "the newer vehicles". I can understand the difficulties associated with collision repair. But they passed this off to me as job complete knowing about these issues. The dealer also said they get this issue sometimes. Had they just let me know about it, and arranged for the dealer to fix, it would have saved me three trips into little rock and three Fridays of my time. The dealer is less than a mile from body shop btw. They charge very very well for their time, mine apparently is worthless. The whole thing would be no big deal, just an extra few days in the shop, had they been honest and not try to pass it off to me hoping I wouldn't notice. They claim to have tested it before leaving the shop, the dealer says the unit is damaged from the collision. So the body shop obviously didn't test it. However to be fair, the rest of the body work does look good. read more
