Very professional! The price was great. Will be bringing my other vehicle here as well. Highly recommend.

Almost two weeks passed since I last spoke with owner. Never a call back, as suspected. Do not recommend.

Months ago a storm passed through the White Hall and Pine Bluff, Arkansas area and large hail was…read moredropped by this storm. It damaged a lot of homes and vehicles and my vehicle was one of those. I got with my insurance company and Trotter Ford Body Shop was recommended so I went with them and they subcontracted out to ElimiDENT a paintless dent removal company out of Little Rock which is owned by Raymond Baker. When I went to pick up my vehicle after about a week at the Trotter Ford Body Shop I found that all the dents were removed and a great job was done and this is where the good service ends. ElimiDENT had sub contracted to someone from out of town (Indiana) and upon inspecting my vehicle I found mud all over my back floor mat, all of my mirrors were readjusted not just the rearview mirror but the external ones also and a quarter tank of gas was used. Also there was a mark on my dash that was not there before and a ketchup packet under the drivers seat. Well the Ford Body Shop cleaned the mud off the floor mat and removed the ketchup packet. I also found a light scratch on the passenger side of the vehicle which the Ford body shop tried to buff out. After I got the vehicle home I also found that my radio stations were changed, a couple chunks of bread under the passenger seat, my bumper sensors turned off and my blind side mirror sensors turned off. Now I can understand moving the rearview mirror and seats but to change radio stations and turn off bumper and blind side sensors, find food crumbs and mud in the vehicle when it was supposed to be in the shop and a quarter tank of fuel used. I also expected to see some dust but not all the aforementioned. So what I'm saying is if you bring your vehicle to someone find out who will take the dents of and if it is ElimiDENT take you vehicle somewhere else! When I was able to contact Raymond Baker he denied everything and said he contacted the man who did the actual work and he denied it all also. Well I have a 2017 Toyota Tundra Limited and I'm ADD when it comes to my vehicles as I even detail my fender wells and I know my vehicle was not in that condition when it was dropped off to the body shop.
