I have shopped at Eddie Bauer, Banana Republic, and Ann Taylor just to use as an example that if you are out of the size you wanted to purchase it would be sent to your home without paying for shipping. Not the case here, and yes I failed to catch that, but Ron M from customer service made it clear to state it is only free if you spend at least $150. Never again. There are better choices.

They will help you find your size and fit and if they don't have the style you want, you can order it through them with no shipping charge. The nice thing here is that a lot of the shoes end up being the same price as their own websites online (or less since now you aren't paying shipping) so it is worth it to go find what fits and then get it in person. They also have a reward program so eventually you earn money-off rewards on future purchases.
