Great staff, good service...when you can get an appointment, and when that appointment is not canceled at the last minute. I moved my other child to a dental practice who would put us on their schedule after waiting for scheduling to get better. but my child in braces is stuck because we have a contract. They told me I needed to be numbed for a cleaning and that I had multiple cavities. On top of that, they said my insurance wouldn't allow all the fillings at once, so I'd have to make four separate appointments. In total I made 6 appointments: 4 for cavities, 1 for cleaning, and 1 for the oral surgeon. I ended up switching dentists. At my new office, I got my teeth cleaned the same day I had my first appointment--without being numbed--and was told I only had one cavity, not multiple. As for wisdom teeth: do not get them out here. Bright Now told me the oral surgeon "recommended" bone and skin grafts at over $500 each--on top of a $1,500 surgery quote. When I pushed back, they told me to ask the surgeon. I got mine removed at my new dentist instead, and the entire procedure (everything included) was under $900. I'm healing perfectly without the extra $1,000 charge. If you go here, question every charge. But honestly, I'd recommend finding a different dentist altogether.
