They used my handsoap to try to clean up the dirty counter and left black stains on the walls near the banister. After they left, I realized that one of the faucets they fixed was still leaking. I asked for a different plumber to come out. He seemed more capable but I didn't realized too late that he still didn't fix the job, in fact he created a leak which I was unaware of until it was too late and consequently the floor of the cabinet was damaged. The third time out the plumber said it could not be fixed without replacing the faucet. This meant I had to replace two faucets because there is a double vanity. Three weeks ago I was promised that they would send someone out to fix the cabinet and have heard absolutely nothing. Since that time I purchased two new faucets and had Brentwood Star Plumbing out to install them. It was worth paying for again. The service between these two companies is like night and day! This was initially a simple cartridge replacement that ended up costing hundreds of dollars and alot of stress. I had hoped that I could avoid writing this review and I gave them the opportunity to make things right but they did not.

I was quoted for a sewer line repair, which after breaking ground we realized I had a septic tank and not a sewer. He then filled back up the hole and was on his way. Both Andy & Randy were friendly, but it was such a poor value and over priced. I was charged $1,100 for someone to dig up a hole and then fill back in the hole. This process took 4.5 hours of work of just digging, as he didn't have the proper equipment. They used a saw to cut into the asphalt and I was charged for a saw rental, as well as an added service fee. The saw was dull and not working, which I was told at the time by the plumber. You would assume they would have the proper equipment to do the job. I then had to hire another company come out to investigate further. They dug a much bigger hole with the proper equipment and it took 30 minutes (compared to the same thing taking 4.5 hours with a hand shovel). Do not hire this company, it is a complete rip off with poor communication. Andy did discount my bill and took off an hour of work, but I am still left with a $900 bill of just having a hole dug and then filled back in poorly. We were very lucky to discover the leakage before serious damage occurred. We called Brooks, emphasized that the sink was unusable as it was, and they said, "We will get it fixed." And that was the last we heard from them. They vanished, radio silence. In sum: poor work and they did not stand behind it. We won't hire them again, obvously.
