They sent a tech by the name of Nick, he put in a new pressure regulator, and added a shut off valve to my unit with an automated water shutoff system so if I get a leak when we are not home the house won't flood. Used auger on main waste lines, fixed washer drain which had been installed incorrectly years ago, made recommendations for a slow-draining sink in guest bathroom. It's 8 at night. Our sink is leaking beneath and flooding the kitchen. We call this incredible man. He actually identifies the issue over the phone, has me FaceTime him so he can walk me through fixing the problem so I don't need to pay for a plumber to come out. He patiently waits for over 10 minutes as I fumble with a P trap or something. Eventually, our sink is fixed. My pregnant wife, overjoyed. He doesn't charge us anything. Just wishes us a good night.
