It doesn't matter if you are returning a call. They use a text system to let the provider or assistant know you called and THEY return your call when convenient for them. Today I waited 25 1/2 minutes just to leave a message I was returning a call. Whoever set this system up should be fired as they have no clue what customer service is. TRY SOMEONE ELSE.
